William Bittorf has had an interesting life growing up — one shaped by constant movement, adaptation, and a deep sense of purpose. Growing up across different states has given him a real knack for connecting with all kinds of people, which seems to shine through in his work.

His basketball experience at Derby Baptist Academy is a standout—going from zero experience to a state championship in ‘89 is no joke. It’s a testament to how quickly you can grow when you work together as a team pursuing a common goal. His degrees from Florida State and Columbia in Political Science and Criminal Justice add a strong foundation to his story—perfect tools for understanding systems, people, and how to make a difference.

But it’s his calling to support folks with addictions that really ties it all together. Turning experiences into fuel for helping others is powerful. It’s real, raw, and inspiring—especially that focus on being a good neighbor and reminding people they’re not alone. His new mission is to put God first, lead by example, and bring OUR community together with a purpose.

Driven by faith and fueled by compassion, William founded this organization to create real change—meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with dignity. Whether it’s providing scholarships to deserving students, pairing service animals with veterans battling PTSD, delivering food to families in need, or standing ready to respond to natural disasters, every initiative reflects his heart for service. At the core of it all is the belief that love in action can transform lives—and that every person, no matter their past, deserves hope and a chance to thrive.
